ABOUT THIS PROJECT
A Legacy Plan for San Mateo County
The San Mateo County Office of Education serves as the educational backbone of one of the Bay Area's most diverse and economically complex counties. RSSC was engaged to lead a comprehensive facilities master plan that would reflect not only the physical state of the COE's campuses, but the educational vision and equity commitments of the institution and the communities it serves.
As of early 2026, RSSC is only a few steps away from completing what will stand as a legacy master plan — a living document and digital platform that will serve as both a decision-making tool and a community accountability mechanism for years to come.
