Lyn Tillery, MHA, MPA

Lyn Tillery is a strategic operations leader with more than 16 years of experience building the systems, processes, and infrastructure that help complex organizations scale. As a Strategic Operations Consultant with RSSC, she partners with executive leadership to strengthen operational governance, document institutional knowledge, and design workflows that reduce founder dependency and build long-term organizational capacity.

Her work centers on translating operational complexity into clear, repeatable systems—conducting operations and technology assessments, developing standard operating procedures, implementing workflow automation, and codifying knowledge into scalable playbooks and frameworks. Across her career, she has stood up program management offices, led enterprise-wide technology implementations, and built governance structures that improved efficiency, consistency, and accountability.

Lyn holds a Master of Health Administration and a Master of Public Administration, and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She is known for connecting strategy to execution—building infrastructure that outlasts any single initiative.
