Brianna Clay

Brianna Clay was born and raised in East Palo Alto, CA.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Saint Mary’s College of California, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Names University.  Afterwards, she had the privilege of becoming a Counselor at Skyline College in a variety of departments at Skyline since fall 2013 and she is now the full-time Counselor for Skyline's TRiO program which serves first-generation, low-income students who may have a learning difference.  Her counseling philosophy consists of my students leaving Skyline College with a mindset of how to “G.R.I.N.D (Growth.Resilent.Identity.Network.Determination)” and accomplish their educational journey.  
 

When she is off the clock, she likes to coach/watch basketball, spend time with her family/friends, and travel!
