At RSSC, we Show Up Differently. Our mission is to disrupt systemic racism in societal institutions, increase racial and equity literacy, and foster inclusivity and belonging.

Vision

RSSC is the preeminent leader in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, and Anti-Racism (DEIA2+) professional development, coaching, team building, and leadership development toward achieving equity for a just world in which education is a practice of freedom.

us are racially literate or culturally fluent as we want to be we have to give each other permission to be imperfect, to learn and to grow in our DEIA*journey.
